Meet Franck
Franck Bichot founded DeFACTO Sales Consulting in 2013. Over the last 8 years he has developed an expertise in accelerating sales transformation for his customers through the design and delivery of sales excellence programs. His European team and his own bilingual profile (French / English) allow him to ensure the consistency of international programs across different regions.
His wealth of experience stems from working as a consultant in refining sales processes, customizing proven methodologies, delivering on site and virtual training for both major IT companies and startups including Oracle, Hewlett Packard, Dassault Systèmes, Sendinblue or Rohdes & Schwarz. Franck’s background in Sales, Training and Business Coaching (Masters from Paris VIII University) provides an essential combination of hands-on business experience, modern training practices and a personalized one to one mentoring approach.
Prior to creating his own company, Franck worked for 17 years in sales organizations managing global accounts at Oracle (14 years), IBM and startup companies. In charge of promoting business applications (Financial, CRM, Analytics), he developed a wide experience in successfully creating value propositions for a variety of his customer stakeholders (CSO, CFO, CTO, HR).
Franck and his family reside in Paris where he enjoys cycling and golfing. He is also a guitarist in a rock band and studies History of Art.
